This book was funny. I am glad Uncle Frankie found a wife, and Jamie is their adopted son even though Jamie is Uncle Frankie's nephew. Jamie and Gilda are boyfriend and girlfriend. I recommend this book if you have read the previous five. I hope there are more books to the series in the future.Reread: I am glad Uncle Frankie found a wife, and He adopted Jamie even though they are uncle and nephew. I am glad Gilda and Jamie are daring. Talking about the whole series, I loved it. I liked the ups and downs that Jamie Grimm had to go through as the series went along, even from school and his many competitions. At times, I didn't even know the kid comic was going to win, or move on. There were a lot of close battles between Jamie Grimm and other kid comics, or comedians.
Specifically, the latest book in the series I read was one of my favorites. I liked how in the latest book there was a lot more pressure on Jamie. His many pressures were school, his new hit TV show, and even a new international competition. I felt this way because I like pressure in books and tight races, or a well said and solid storyline.
People who may enjoy this series are kids in middle school, typically in grades 6 to 7. I would recommend this series to kids in this age group because some of the jokes and the type of conflict may not be understood or directed in the right way for kids below 6th grade. The author could possibly recommend this series to kids in 8th grade because the book is based on characters in 8th grade.
For me, the book in the series that I am writing about served as a window. The reason for this is that I thought that Jamie Grimm was seeing a window into the real world, where not everybody thought he was funny. Specifically, Grimm experienced the opinions of judges and other people, who criticized his work for once. I would give this book 4.5 out of 5 stars. ...more

It was good as usual. I didn't laugh as much I wish I could, mostly because there more cripple and blind puns than I cared for. BUT all the characters were great, even the ones who you weren't supposed to like.
I don't know if I like the romantic note it ended on, maybe because I wanted it to focus more on the humor than the romance. It was okay though. We all know Jamie and Gilda are gonna get marr
I wasn't expecting there to be another book, but huzzah, we were blessed with another one anyway! It was good as usual. I don't know if I like the romantic note it ended on, maybe because I wanted it to focus more on the humor than the romance. It was okay though. We all know Jamie and Gilda are gonna get married in some future crossover anyway.
SPEAKING of crossover, I loved seeing Jacky Hart in the book, especially since I read Jacky Ha Ha not too much earlier. I always like to see Rafe, Jamie, and Jacky crossover into other books outside of their series. It's like canon fanfiction and I love it.

Th James Patterson is a amazing writer I have read a lot of different stories. I see that he writes funny books I read these books when I need a good laugh. The book The Nerdiest, Wimpiest, Dorkiest IFunny Ever was a good book it wasn't amazing but I was good I liked it. It was a little confusing because it just jumping everywhere from how he got here to the present I forgot what was going on. I liked when Jamie's uncle said they were getting married and when he said that they would adopt Jamie.
The whole setting of the adopt scene was good Jamie knew something was up and he saw threw the window the adopting for dunces. I also liked when we got to see different people from different places like Australia, Japan and many more and they all had their own jokes. My favorite part was at the end when Jamie said at the IFunny contest that Jokes are not supposed to be a contest it's supposed to bring people together. I also loved when he gave everyone the chance to hold the trophy I thought that was amazing.
I think if your in a bad mood or if your just having a bad day or something and you need to smile read this book, or if you just need a laugh read this book. I loved how the writer of this book made this into a motivational book and how there was a life lesson and that lesson was, not everything should be a contest. I think this book should be read by everyone this guy puts the fun in funny. The ending was my favorite part I love it when there's a big twist at the end I bet no one knew Jamie would share the trophy. I think when your in 5th or 6th grade this is the perfect book for you.

It's a nice, light read. The jokes are old to old people like me but they're new and fresh to my students. I like the story's message.
The kids will like it.
A student gave me this book. I have a strong suspicion I've missed one of the books in the series. (TV show?)It's a nice, light read. The jokes are old to old people like me but they're new and fresh to my students. I like the story's message.

James Patterson is the world's bestselling author and most trusted storyteller. He has created more enduring fictional characters than any other novelist writing today, with his Alex Cross, Michael Bennett, Women's Murder Club, Private, NYPD Red, Daniel X, Maximum Ride, and Middle School series. He has sold over 380 million books worldwide and currently holds the Guinness World Record for the most #1 New York Times bestsellers. In addition to writing the thriller novels for which he is best known, among them The President Is Missing with President Bill Clinton, Patterson also writes fiction for young readers of all ages, including the Max Einstein series, produced in partnership with the Albert Einstein Estate. He is also the first author to have #1 new titles simultaneously on the New York Times adult and children's bestseller lists.
The son of an insurance salesman and a schoolteacher, Patterson grew up in Newburgh, New York, and began casually writing at the age of nineteen. In 1969, he graduated from Manhattan College. He was given a full-ride scholarship to Vanderbilt University's graduate program in English. He left Vanderbilt before getting his PhD due to complications involving the Vietnam War.
Instead, he moved to New York to become a junior copywriter for the advertising agency J. Walter Thompson, eventually becoming CEO of its North American company.
In 1976, while still working for J. Walter Thompson, Patterson published his first novel, The Thomas Berryman Number, with Little, Brown and Company. After being turned down by thirty-one publishers, it won the Edgar Award for Best First Novel. Patterson's 1993 novel, Along Came a Spider, his first book to feature Alex Cross, was also his first New York Times bestseller in fiction.
In 2001, Morgan Freeman starred as Alex Cross in a film adaptation of Along Came a Spider, and Tyler Perry also played the character in the 2012 film Alex Cross. A film adaptation of Patterson's middle-grade novel Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life was released in theaters in October 2016.
James Patterson has donated more than one million books to students, focusing on some of the most under-resourced schools and youth programs in the country. To date, he has donated $7.25 million to school and classroom libraries throughout the United States, and $2.1 million to independent bookstores and employees.
Patterson has recently donated over $35 million to his and his wife's alma maters—the University of Wisconsin, Vanderbilt University, and Manhattan College—and he has established over four hundred Teacher and Writer Education Scholarships at twenty-one colleges and universities throughout the country. Patterson has also donated more than one million books to U.S. soldiers at home and overseas.
In May 2015, Patterson launched a children's book imprint at Little, Brown—JIMMY Patterson—that is unwaveringly focused on one goal: turning kids into lifelong readers. This imprint also provides resources, strategies, and programs to serve teachers, parents, librarians, and booksellers. Patterson invests proceeds from the sales of JIMMY Patterson Books in pro-reading initiatives.
Patterson also founded ReadKiddoRead.com, a website designed to help parents, teachers, and librarians ignite a new generation's excitement for reading. Awarded the National Book Foundation's Innovations in Reading Prize and the American Library Association's Great Websites for Kids, the site features thoughtful book reviews from a variety of genres and age ranges, a large and lively Facebook community, and contributions from other authors.
Patterson's awards for adult and children's literature include the Edgar Award, the International
